Adaptability - Adapting to the dynamic environment is the key today. I am always with the flow and try to take things one at a time. After a few kick ups initially, I have gelled well into the US culture without much hassle after starting my MBA program which would throw more challenges towards me and make me learn to be more adaptable .
Achiever - I feel I have a great deal of stamina to work hard and take great satisfaction from being busy and productive be it getting the job I wanted or getting a GMAT score which could land me to do an MBA from a reputed School in the US. This degree would add one more feather in my glittering cap.
Communication - It is all about conveying your thoughts clearly which can be understood easily by the other. What the other person wants to hear at a particular time cannot be taught in a lecture room. I love to converse and really get motivated when talking to people about their interests and experiences. The MBA degree would further enhance my skills to ommunicate more effectively with the customers and teams.
Connectedness - There is a common link between all of us and we all are connected through one supreme power. I am able to connect to people and understand their view point easily. I tend to sense the feelings of others and relate to them. This MBA would give me a global perspective and allow me to connect well in a multi-cultural environment.
